Stones, pearls and shell

Many of our bracelets carry zircon stones, from the tennis bracelets to the Celeste Bracelet. Zircon is hard and clear, and water does not harm it. The Elodie Bracelet pairs pearl and zircon strands, and the Elara Bracelet carries a white shell heart. After a swim, rinse them in fresh water and pat them dry, and they will keep their shine.

Shower, sea, pool and gym

• The shower and hand washing: leave it on. Soap will not harm the steel. A wipe with the care cloth now and then removes any film.
• The sea: swim in it. Rinse it in fresh water afterwards to wash out salt and sand from the links.
• The pool: chlorine does not harm stainless steel. A quick rinse keeps the finish at its brightest.

Finding your bracelet size

The right length depends on the style. A chain should move a little on the wrist, a tennis bracelet should sit close without pinching, and a bangle must slip over the hand.

How to measure your wrist

1. Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper, around your wrist just below the wrist bone.
2. Mark where it meets and measure the length in centimetres. This is your wrist size.
3. Add 1 to 2 cm for a chain or tennis bracelet, depending on whether you like a close or a loose fit.

A bangle has no clasp, so it must pass over the widest part of the hand. The Celeste is 5.20 cm across inside. To check, bring your thumb and little finger together as if putting on a bangle and measure across the widest part of the hand.
