1. What are the NUUR warranty terms?

All NUUR jewelry includes a 6-month warranty covering color fading and manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences any production-related issue, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

2. How do I get in touch?

3. How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major South African payment methods including debit/credit cards, PayFast, and Yoco. All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

4. How can I apply my discount code or gift voucher?

You can enter your promo code or digital gift voucher at checkout. Once applied, the total will update automatically before payment.

Order & shipping

1. What are the delivery times?

We currently ship only within South Africa. Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days depending on your location.

2. Where do you ship my order?

NUUR delivers nationwide across South Africa through trusted courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at sales@nuur.co.za or WhatsApp +27 78 160 1225. Please include your order number and the requested changes.

4. I have not received my order — what should I do?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If there’s still no update, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist right away.

Exchanges & returns

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. To start a return, email sales@nuur.co.za with your order number and details.

2. What is the return period?

You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in full packaging.

3. Can I exchange my item?

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange for another style, contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

4. I received a damaged item — what should I do?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@nuur.co.za within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement under our 6-month warranty.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid perfume, lotion, or water contact. Store each piece in its NUUR box or pouch in a cool, dry space.

4. Are NUUR pieces waterproof?

Our jewelry is crafted with advanced PVD 18K gold coating, making it fully waterproof, sweat-resistant, and designed for everyday wear. You can shower, wash your hands, or be caught in the rain — your NUUR piece will maintain its shine and color. For lasting brilliance, we still recommend gentle care and proper storage.
