Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Is there a warranty?
All NUUR jewelry includes a 6-month warranty covering color fading and manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences any production-related issue, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes. Our pieces are 316L stainless steel, and the gold finish is 18K gold plated: waterproof, nickel free, hypoallergenic and non-tarnish, so they stay on in the shower, the sea and the gym. The Zulfiqar necklace is 316 stainless steel, with no gold plating.
How do I pay?
