🚚 Free Shipping

Every order delivered within South Africa ships free. There is no minimum order value and no shipping fee at checkout.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

⏱ Delivery Time

We work with trusted national couriers. Delivery takes 1–3 business days to anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to external factors (e.g., public holidays, strikes, weather conditions).

📍 Delivery Areas

We ship within South Africa only.
Please provide a physical address (no PO Boxes) and a valid phone number to avoid delivery delays.

🔁 Failed Delivery & Reshipping

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.

📦 Packaging

All products are carefully packed using branded or protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
